Our Mission: Spiritually guided, our mission is to provide support, resources and education to all who are navigating the challenging journey of caring for those with life altering diagnosis.
Caregivers Pathway Support Group at St. Michael's Old Catholic Church
Every Sunday at 2 pm
As people live longer lives, many of us find ourselves stepping into the role of caregiver, be that for a loved one or a friend. Being a caregiver, ful time or part time can be profoundly transformation.
At St. Michael's Old Catholic Church, we have created a supportive community where caregivers can find solace, guidance and companionship on thei journey. We believe that no caregiver shoul fieel isolated or unsupported.
This free program hopes to provider individuals with listening ear, practal advice, communty ourtreach support, and allwasys a shoulder on which to lean.
